Did you know?Water-smart landscapes turn heads while
helping to address a serious issue:
Depending on the region, homeowners use between 30 to
70 percent of their water outdoors.

News Flash! Reduce your shower time by 1 min. and save
60 gallons of water per month.

Did you know?Did you know that landscape irrigation accounts for about 55% of household water use in the Sacramento area? Lawn is the greediest, needing 2 inches of water a week (or more) during the summer. A half-inch of irrigation for a typical front lawn equals 104 showers, 52 baths or 52 loads of laundry! Learn how to replace grass with beautiful plants that need little to no summer irrigation!
(2" of typical lawn irrigation a week = 416 showers, 208 baths or 208 loads of laundry)
