TO REGISTER: * Please fill out individual registration forms for each person attending *

(An email address is required to complete Online Registrations)        
     
1. Register online and pay with a credit card.   (A PayPal account is NOT needed to pay by a credit card online)
     
2. Register online and pay with your PayPal account or you can open a new PayPal account to pay.   
     3. Use the online registration form and print this form to mail with check/money order.

REGISTRATION THROUGH THE MAIL - To pay by check or money order
     Payments (sent through the mail) for more than one person may be grouped in one check or money order -
     
* please include individual registration forms for each participant.

Refund Policy: Cancellations received by 1/15/2012 will be charged a $25.00 per person processing fee.
